Key Responsibilities

• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to the services we render
• Be able to deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
• Provide in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important meetings
• Be able to develop the sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education
• Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills and ability to drive a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Good first degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences or related field
• 1- 3 years work experience in marketing
• Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
• Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies.
