Field Marketing Lead at Cashir App

About the Role

• We are hiring a Field Marketing Team Lead to join our growing marketing team at Cashir. In this role, you will lead and coordinate a team of field marketing agents to drive user acquisition and brand visibility in assigned regions. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base by delivering strategic, high-impact marketing initiatives on the ground.

• Achieving weekly and monthly customer acquisition targets.
• Building and maintaining a high-performing, motivated field marketing team.
• Consistent representation of Cashir’s brand and values in the field.
• Effective planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of field marketing agents to meet daily and monthly sign-up goals.
• Develop and implement territory-specific field marketing strategies aligned with Cashir’s overall marketing goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of agents; provide regular feedback and training as needed.
• Build strong relationships with local communities to enhance brand recognition and trust.
• Report daily field activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence to the marketing manager.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and ethics in all field engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams (preferably in a field sales or marketing capacity).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with the assigned location(s) is a strong advantage.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
