Field Marketing Executive at Halla Gaming Company Ltd

Role Overview

• The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing outdoor marketing activities, building brand visibility and supporting the marketing team in driving customer acquisition and engagement. This role requires someone energetic, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute outdoor marketing campaigns, activations and promotions.
• Support and collaborate with the in-house marketing lead to roll out campaigns in line with company objectives.
• Identify opportunities for brand visibility and customer engagement in targeted markets.
• Monitor, track and report the effectiveness of outdoor marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners and stakeholders in the field.
• Represent the brand at events, activations and community engagement programs.
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant field marketing experience, ideally in the betting/gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of outdoor marketing and customer engagement strategies.
• Highly proactive, results-driven and able to work independently with little supervision.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
