Job Summary

• Green Finite is seeking a proactive and energetic Field Marketer to drive brand visibility and in-store sales of our natural sweetening products. 
• This role involves regular visits to supermarkets and retail outlets to introduce, promote, and expand the presence of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit supermarkets, organic stores, and other retail outlets to introduce and distribute Green Finite’s natural sweetening products
• Engage store managers and decision-makers to secure shelf space and promotional opportunities
• Educate potential customers and retail partners on the health benefits of the products
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Provide regular reports on sales visits and outcomes
• Support marketing campaigns and product sampling at events or in-store promotions

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Retail Outlet Coverage: Visit new stores weekly
• Product Placement: Secure placement in new outlets monthly
• Sales Growth: Achieve monthly sales target
• Reporting Compliance: Submit accurate weekly visit and sales reports
• Client Retention: Maintain and grow relationships with at least 80% of visited outlets
• Brand Awareness: Participate in in-store or community engagement events per month

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in field marketing, FMCG, or sales
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Familiarity with Lagos retail space, especially VI and surrounding areas.
