Job Description

• You would be responsible for providing service and support to customers.
• You would manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing.
• You would diagnose errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
• Responsible for planning, tracking and documentation of project works.
• Swiftly diagnose and clear any faults or alarms or resolve all escalations within period stipulated in SLAs.
• Ensure maintenance work undertaken by team meet specified standard.
• Prepare reports, data and make recommendations for improving operations and solving maintenance-related problems.

Requirements

• Must be below age of 30 years as at point of application.
• HND/B.Eng/B.Tech in Electrical Electronics Engineering.
• At least 2years experience in Telecom or ICT industry.
• Must possess hands on skill in handling DC/AC electrical connections and circuits including equipment wiring, batteries and electrical earthing.
• Skills in termination of electrical cables and LAN cables is required.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and circuits.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Candidate must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
