Key Responsibilities

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet MTN FibreX sales goals within assigned estates or clusters.
• Product Promotion: Present, promote, and sell FibreX solutions to residents, SMEs, and prospects.
• Lead Generation: Actively seek new customers through weekday and weekend sales activities.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the Fibre Development team to drive presales and sales execution.
• Customer Feedback & Engagement: Drive satisfaction and feedback initiatives in assigned areas.
• Post-Sales Coordination: Manage queries, complaints, installation workflows, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Reporting: Provide market insights and intelligence to support business planning.
• Compliance: Uphold company values, ethics, and work culture.

Requirements

• A First Degree in any relevant discipline (Social Sciences, Management, etc.)
• 2 - 3 years experience in sales (telecoms, ICT, FMCG, etc.)
• Experience with Fibre broadband sales and territory sales management is a strong advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Salary & Benefits

• N120,000 – N150,000 / Month plus Performance Bonus.
