Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and proactive Fiber Optic Engineer to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber optic networks.
• This includes planning fiber routes, splicing, testing, and ensuring optimal network performance.
• The role requires technical expertise in fiber optic technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement fiber optic communication systems
• Perform system upgrades, repairs, and maintenance
• Conduct site surveys to assess client needs and requirements
• Prepare detailed project documentation and reports
• Work with project managers, vendors, and other team members to ensure successful project completion
• Stay up to date with industry advancements and new technologies
• Provide technical support and training to clients and team members

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in fiber optic design and implementation
• Strong understanding of fiber optic technologies and transmission systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and time management skills.
