• The Pearl Beauty Loft is hiring two Production Assistants for our hair-extension manufacturing team, where you will be trained to produce premium crochet loc extensions and wigs using human hair. 
• No previous experience is required; what matters is your willingness to learn, maintain high quality standards, and consistently meet production targets.
• Full hands-on training is provided. 
• Work begins at 9:00 AM, and your day ends once your assigned daily target (typically 30 to 35 crochet loc strands) is completed, quality-checked, and approved.
• Accommodation is provided.

What You'll Do

• Produce crochet loc extensions and wigs to company quality standards.
• Work with human-hair materials using established production techniques.
• Complete daily production targets while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Carry out quality checks on finished products before submission.
• Keep your workstation clean, organised, and ready for daily production.
• Work closely with the production team to complete orders on schedule.
