• We are seeking a dedicated and patient Fertility Officer to support our health and pharmaceutical initiatives related to fertility treatments for men and women.
• The ideal candidate will have a science background, excellent customer service skills, be meticulous in following company systems, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the dispensing and management of fertility-related medications for men and women
• Provide accurate information and excellent customer service to clients regarding fertility products
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of treatments and medications
• Follow company protocols and procedures strictly
• Monitor and report patient or client outcomes where applicable
• Support inventory management of fertility-related drugs
• Continuously update knowledge of fertility treatments and medications.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in a Science-related field (MicroBiology, Biology, Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, etc)
• Must be patient, meticulous, and able to follow company procedures
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or clinic environment.
