Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
• Actively engage with customers to promote special offers, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• OND or equivalent.
• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Additional Information:

• Must be able prepare invoice, a computer literate and can work on sundays.
