Are you passionate about fashion, creativity, and visual storytelling? We are looking for a talented and innovative Fashion Illustrator & Creative Assistant to join our team and support the development of compelling fashion concepts, creative content, and brand visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original fashion illustrations, sketches, textile patterns, and design concepts.
• Assist in developing creative ideas that align with the brand’s identity and aesthetic.
• Support production processes by preparing mock-ups, samples, and design templates.
• Collaborate with production teams and artisans to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Create engaging visual content for social media, campaigns, lookbooks, and marketing materials.
• Assist with photoshoots, styling, and content curation.
• Research fashion trends, creative inspirations, and innovative design techniques.
• Maintain organized creative files, mood boards, and design references.
• Monitor social media engagement and support community interactions where required.
• Prepare reports, document creative processes, and support performance tracking activities.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, creativity, problem-solving ability, and adaptability in executing tasks.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams while managing multiple projects effectively within deadlines.
• Support additional creative and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience.
• At least 3 years experience in fashion illustration, creative design, or marketing-related roles.
• Strong illustration, visual design, and content development skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to brand development.
• Basic understanding of social media management and community engagement is an added advantage.
• Ability to analyze performance trends and support creative improvement initiatives.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
