Farm Worker at Ajoke Group Limited

Responsibilities

• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
• Feed, water, and care for livestock as required.
• Operate basic farm machinery and tools such as tractors, mowers, and irrigation equipment.
• Clean and maintain animal pens, barns, equipment, and work areas.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other farm inputs under supervision.
• Monitor crop and animal health and report any issues to the supervisor or farm manager.
• Load, unload, and move supplies, equipment, and harvested products.
• Follow safety procedures and proper handling of tools, chemicals, and machinery.
• Assist in repairing fences, irrigation lines, and farm structures.
• Support general farm tasks such as weeding, pruning, mulching, and watering.
• Work collaboratively with other farm staff to ensure efficient operation.

Requirements
