Farm Supervisor at UMeRA Farms

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities on assigned portions of the farm.
• Supervise farmworkers and ensure tasks are carried out effectively.
• Monitor crop health, livestock, or other farming operations in their area.
• Report progress, challenges, and resource needs to the MD.
• Maintain equipment and oversee its proper usage.
• Implement pest control and disease prevention measures where applicable.

Requirements

• Diploma or OND
• Prior experience in farm supervision.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle physical farm activities when required.
