• Oversee daily farm operations and supervise staff.  
• Implement and monitor biosecurity measures.  
• Ensure optimal feed and growth management for broiler chickens.  
• Maintain detailed farm records and reports.  

Requirements:  

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.  
• Minimum of 3 years experience in poultry farming.  
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
