Farm Production Manager at Sujimoto Construction Limited

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Production Manager to oversee all aspects of rice farming operations on our Farm, this includes irrigation, cultivation, sowing, and fertilization of farmland while performing post-harvest duties to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency for a successful and profitable farming cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Irrigate and cultivation of farmland.
• Planting, fertilizing, thinning and harvesting crops 
• General farm maintenance and equipment and tools
• Monitoring and managing farming operations
• Managing resources: physical resources, such as machinery, equipment, and raw materials. 
• Utilized effectively to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Ensuring all machinery and equipment used in the production process are well-maintained and in good working condition.
• Managing inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Analyzing production data, such as yield, quality, and efficiency metrics, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize production performance.
• Ensuring all production activities comply with relevant regulations, such as food safety and environmental regulations.
• Managing budgets and controlling costs by monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing cost-reduction measures.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in farming or related field.
• Knowledge of farming techniques
• Strong leadership and management skills to effectively plan and coordinate production activities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to identify and resolve farming disasters.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and quality farming 
• Physical stamina
• Preferred nationalities (Vietnam, India, Thailand & Philippines)
