    Farm Park Administrator

    Job Summary

    • The Farm Administrator (Park Administrator) is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational coordination of all activities within the AgroPark.
    • The role ensures efficient management of administrative processes, operational oversight of farm production units, compliance with organizational policies, and effective monitoring of park performance.
    • The ideal candidate will reside within the AgroPark settlement and serve as the central administrative authority ensuring smooth daily operations, operational efficiency, internal control compliance, and coordination among the various production and business units operating within the park.

    Key Responsibilities
    Administrative & Park Operations Management:

    • Oversee and coordinate all administrative activities within the AgroPark.
    • Ensure the smooth operation of all production units and administrative functions.
    • Supervise park administrative staff and support services.
    • Manage documentation, reporting, and internal communications.

    Operational Oversight:

    • Oversee daily operations of the park and coordinate activities of production units.
    • Ensure operational efficiency and productivity across farm and processing operations.
    • Monitor operational workflows and recommend improvements where necessary.

    Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

    • Monitor operational performance through tracking systems and operational indicators.
    • Prepare periodic reports including operational status, forecasts, and productivity analysis.
    • Establish corrective measures to address performance gaps and operational challenges.

    Internal Control & Risk Management:

    • Ensure the organization maintains adequate internal controls within the park operations.
    • Monitor compliance with operational procedures and company policies.
    • Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

    Administrative Secretariat & Compliance:

    • Provide administrative secretarial support to park management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation.

    Coordination & Resource Management:

    • Coordinate activities between departments, farm units, and administrative teams.
    • Ensure optimal utilization of resources including staff, equipment, and facilities.
    • Facilitate communication between park operations and head office management.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Operational efficiency of production units
    • Timeliness and quality of administrative reporting
    • Compliance with internal policies and procedures
    • Reduction in operational disruptions
    • Productivity improvement across park operations
    • Effective implementation of internal controls.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
    • A Master’s degree or professional certification in management or administration is an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • Must have 3– 7 years relevant experience in farm management, agro-industrial operations, or large estate administration.
    • Experience managing administrative and operational functions in agricultural or industrial environments.

    Working Conditions:

    • Residential role within the Park settlement.
    • Field and office-based work environment.
    • May require extended working hours during peak farm operations.
