Farm Operations Manager at Bizpoint Consult Limited

We are recruiting Experienced Farm Manager to work on our client's commercial broiler, breeder, and layer sites based in different locations within Oyo State, Nigeria.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of the farm sites and its team:

Key Tasks:

1. Manage Parent Stock Farm
2. Must understand all parameters of measurement of success in Parent Stock Farm
3. Must understand hatchery operations
4. Must maintain high level of biosecurity on farm
5. Must have an understanding of Human Resource Management

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Animal or Poultry Science, Veterinary science, Animal Production and Health Science or Animal Nutrition.
2. Knowledge in Business Management, Finance, Agribusiness, Production, or related subject is a plus.
3. Knowledgeable with the regulatory bodies regarding poultry farming and value addition.
4. Effective people management skills
5. Proficient computer skills
6. Knowledge of Nutrition and diet formulation
7. Knowledge of safety and environment management
