    Farm Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Farm Manager at Vert Farms Ltd. The Farm Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day farm operations, managing agricultural activities, ensuring the success of poultry, crop, and animal production as well as ensuring implementing irrigation systems.

    Qualifications

    • Applicant must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive manual and automatic gears
    • Agriculture and Farms expertise
    • Vast poultry production (layers and broilers) knowledge and experience
    • Experience in livestock management
    • Ability to work on-site and manage farm operations efficiently
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field with at least 5 years experience
