Monitoring and supervision of crops and livestock planting process and procedures, maintenance, harvesting, control and compliance.
Performs proactive crop and live stock protection analysis and evaluation on a regular basis and make recommendations based on the result of the evaluation.
Develops and maintain effective communications between corporate management other employees and any other individuals that affect the operations of the farm.
Perform related duties as required.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in the warehouse
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular quality checks
Ensure all shipments are processed promptly and accurately
Supervise a team of warehouse staff and provide training as needed
Implement and enforce safety procedures to create a safe working environment
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues
Monitor and optimize warehouse efficiency to meet productivity goals
Assist with inventory forecasting and planning to meet customer demands
Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
O'level
At least two years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping processes
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
