Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Factory Operations Manager to oversee daily factory operations, drive production efficiency, ensure quality standards, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory operations across production, quality, maintenance, inventory, and facilities.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational KPIs are achieved.
• Monitor production efficiency, inventory control, and equipment performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop factory teams while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Prepare operational reports and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in  Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, bakery, packaging, or similar production environment.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
• Hands-on experience managing factory operations and production teams.

Salary and Benefits

• N270,000 Monthly.
