Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Factory Manager to take full charge of their factory operations in Aba. Astrong leader who can step in and seamlessly manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring the factory runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of factory operations, from production planning and process optimization to quality control and workforce management.
Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and drive long-term growth.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate closely with other departments, including supply chain, maintenance, and sales, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Report directly to the CEO, providing regular updates on factory performance and operational challenges.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
At least 5 years of proven experience as a Factory Manager or in a similar leadership role within the manufacturing sector, preferably in plastics.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on with day-to-day operations.
Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve operational efficiency.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
