Brief

• We are open to hiring a factory manager to oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations.
• You will supervise factory workers and ensure that factory operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
• Screening, recruiting, and training new factory workers.
• Preparing daily production reports and submit to key management.
• Regularly inspect finished products alongside production manager, to determine whether product meet established quality standards.
• Motivate factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
• Collaborate with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
• Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
• Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issue

Requirements

• B.Sc., HND in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Logistics, or related field
• 10 years of proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.
• Quality time management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of FMCG industry-specific factory equipment.
