Factory Machine Operator at Harvest Feed and Agro Processing Limited

Position Summary

• We are looking for a skilled Factory Machine Operator to run and maintain production machines used in our agro-processing facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating, adjusting, and troubleshooting factory machinery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machines according to standard procedures.
• Monitor machine performance and conduct minor adjustments or repairs.
• Report malfunctions and support maintenance personnel as needed.
• Follow safety and quality control protocols during operations.
• Keep records of machine output, downtime, and material usage.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned machines and work areas.

Requirements

• SSCE, OND, or Technical Training Certificate.
• Half to 1years work experience in a factory or processing plant.
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work shifts or extended hours.
