Facilty Officer

- Salary Range ₦300,000 - ₦400,000/month
Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise all facility maintenance activities
- Ensure proper operation of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and generator systems
- Conduct regular inspections and handle maintenance issues
- Prepare daily/weekly reports
- Manage maintenance materials and ensure availability on site
- Lead and coordinate technicians to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related field
- Experience in maintenance works (plumbing, electrical, generators, AC systems, etc.)
- Good knowledge of maintenance materials and tools
- Proficient in reporting using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide technicians.
