Facility Officer at Revolutionplus Property Development Company Limited

Location: Lekki, Lagos

The Position

• We are looking for a Facility Officer to oversee the maintenance of the building and equipment at the Lekki Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
• Ensure that basic facilities, such as water, Air conditioning etc. are well-maintained
• Ensure Diesel Generator is well maintained and serviced as at when due
• Liaise with external vendors/technicians when need arises
• Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Upper) from a reputable University.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Must have had 4-7 years post NYSC Experience in Facility Management.
• Prior Experience working with a restaurant or food chain business will be an advantage.
• Ability to do water treatment.
