You are to Assist in overseeing and supervision of essential services ieSecurity, Cleaning, Maintenance, etc
Job Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing and supervision of essential services ieSecurity, Cleaning, Maintenance, etc
• Ensure that Facilities are well maintained
• Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
• Assist to supervise building projects, renovations or refurbishments
• Supervise and check that agreed work by contractors has been completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies
• Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and resolve issues promptly
• Provide a first line support for the facilities function for all internal and external customers/contractors
• Assist in coordinating the Company fleet

Qualification/Requirements

• HND/BSc Degree in Facility Management of related field
• 3-5  years in a similar role
• Good technical skills 
• Communication and correspondence skill 
• Interpersonal skills 

Salary Range: N70,000 monthly net plus other benefits
