Facility Officer at Metro and Castle

Job  Description

• The Facility Officer is primarily concerned with the day-to-day upkeep of the properties facilities and utilities and interacts directly with tenants/occupants and safety inspectors to handle emergencies, discuss new issues or resolve disputes.
• Maintaining the properties in the residential estate.
• Overseeing service providers for functions such as cleaning, security, electrical, plumbing and other maintenance requirements
• Possesses excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Preparation of relevant reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of a BSc in a relevant course
• 2-3 years experience as a facility Officer in the same industry
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and able to work under pressure
