What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct daily inspections of the hospital facility to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Monitor and maintain the Hospital's safety.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee the inventory of facility-related supplies and equipment.
• Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related needs and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements
What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Facility Officer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Previous experience in a healthcare facility is advantageous.
