Facility Officer at Greenfield HR Consulting

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Facility Officer to manage the business premises for a Restaurant/Commercial Kitchen and overseer maintenance and repair tasks on the premises.

Job Summary

The Facility Officer is responsible for the smooth operations of the business premises, ensuring utilities such as water, electricity and cooling systems are in perfect working condition. Overseeing repair and maintenance of building infrastructure and company assets. Carrying out scheduled maintenance on company assets as required.

Location: Jibowu Yaba, Lagos

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• NABTEB, OND, HND in a technical field
• Experience and qualification in Electrical repairs, HVAC equipment repair and maintenance or related field
• 5 - 10 years’ experience as a Facility or Maintenance Officer
• Experience in the Hospitality industry is desirable
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and process management skills.
