Facility Manager at Taewoo Limited

Position Details

• We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager who will oversee all business-related activities and who will be responsible for leading the new division. If you are, we want you to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers.
• Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements.
• Takes responsibility for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the properties /sites.
• Ensure that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations.
• Researches investigate, and analyses affordable housing management industry trends and developments, and in accordance with these trends/developments, prepares forecasts, action plans and recommendations for the company.
• Negotiates executes and evaluates property management contracts ensuring proper staffing, funding, building/equipment safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications / Skills

• Hold at least a B.Sc. or HND qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Facility Manager with Proven experience working in an FM space.
• Business Development operation experiences or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage.
• Well-versed in technical/ engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
• Good organisation skills and leadership skills.
