Facility Manager

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 7 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Responsibilities
- Manage completed properties and facilities.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and service providers
- Ensure facilities operate efficiently and safely
- Handle tenant or occupant service issues.
Requirements
- HND / BSc Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 7 years experience managing residential properties / estates.
- Strong organizational and people-management skills.
