    Facility Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Manage completed properties and facilities.
    • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and service providers
    • Ensure facilities operate efficiently and safely
    • Handle tenant or occupant service issues.

    Requirements

    • HND / BSc Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related fields
    • Minimum of 7 years experience managing residential properties / estates.
    • Strong organizational and people-management skills.
