Facility Manager
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Administration / Facilities , Engineering / Technical
- Salary Range ₦200,000 - ₦300,000/month
Oversee and manage facility operations, maintenance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance management (preventive schedules, repairs, renovations)
- Health and safety (regulations, inspections, hazard mitigation)
- Utilities management (optimal usage, cost-effectiveness, sustainability)
- Emergency response planning
- Vendor management
- Budget management
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Facility Management or related field
- 4+ years of experience as Facility Manager
- Technical skills (building systems, maintenance, health and safety regulations)
- Soft skills (organization, communication, project management)
