Requirements
- B.Sc, Management, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
- Experience managing facility operations and maintenance.
- Ability to coordinate contractors, vendors and support staff.
- Good knowledge of maintenance, safety and facility operations.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for operations.
