    Facility Manager

    Job Description

    • Up to date maintenance of all equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
    • Inspection of all building structures to detect wear out and the need for repairs or renovation.
    • Supervision of teams of staffs including cleaning,, maintenance and securities.
    • Overseeing and agreeing on contracts with vendors for the provisions of the services of security, cleaning, e.t.c.
    • Managing maintenance and staffing budgets .
    • Ensuring that facilities meets government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
    • Creating reports on maintenance repairs, safety and other occurrence for supervisors and other relevant staffs.
    • Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors.
