Facility Manager at Lorache Consulting Limited

Responsibilities include (but is not limited to):

• Creating business for Blue Square by prospecting and winning other facility management.
• Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
• Maintaining budgets and ensuring profitability of all ventures.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
• Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals.
• Maintain stock levels and parts within budget.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and assist with energy management
• Oversee security of buildings and grounds.
• Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team.
• Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders.
• Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed.
• Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors.
• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.

• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

REQUIREMENT

• BSc Degree in facilities management or related course.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• At least 7 years working experience as a Facility Manager
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
