Facility Manager at KNOSK Charity Secondary School

• We are seeking a dedicated and organized Facility Manager to oversee and manage the maintenance, security, and day-to-day operations of our school facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure our physical spaces are safe, well-maintained, and conducive to learning.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness to ensure a safe environment for students and staff
• Manage and supervise facility-related vendors, contractors, and cleaning staff
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Monitor the school\'s equipment and infrastructure, planning for repairs or upgrades as needed
• Coordinate and monitor utility services and consumption to optimize resources
• Plan and oversee facility-related budgets, minimizing costs where possible

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role
• Knowledge of facility maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
