Facility Manager at Kikspro Nigeria Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to property manager
• Oversee the general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the properties to ensure it is always issue free.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for cleaning, repairs, and other facility needs.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure safety, functionality, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Manage utilities, inventory of supplies, and ensure cost-efficient operations.
• Respond promptly to any facility-related issues or emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, expenses, and vendor services.
• Support occupants satisfaction by addressing facility concerns quickly and effectively.

Academic Qualification and Skills

• HND / B.Sc in Electrical/ Electronic Engineeringor related field with 2-4 years working experience in similar capacity
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for building/facility.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and security protocols.
• Attention to details and sociable personality.
• Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
