As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation, and management of our residential and commercial properties.
Your day-to-day tasks will include planning and coordinating maintenance and repair work, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and responding to tenant inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management or a related field
At least 3 years experience in Facility management
Strong knowledge in maintenance practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Computer proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Certification in facility management is an added advantage.
