Facility Manager at Fhemfel Homes

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of our residential block of flats in Lugbe, Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will ensure the facility is properly maintained, safe, clean, and functioning efficiently while coordinating vendors, tenants’ concerns, and operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the residential facility.
• Ensure the building and surrounding environment are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
• Supervise maintenance, security, cleaning, and other support staff/vendors.
• Respond promptly to tenants’ complaints, requests, and facility-related issues.
• Coordinate routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Monitor utilities, equipment, and facility usage to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards within the property.
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates on facility operations and maintenance activities.
