    Facility Manager

    Job description 

    • Supervising multidisciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security
    • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
    • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
    • Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
    • Drafting reports and making written recommendations
    • Attending to all other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of a BSc, BEd or equivalent. 
    • Experience of 2 years working in similar capacity is added advantage.
    • Past experience in leadership position is also an added advantage.
