Lead the safe and efficient execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities across terminal facilities and infrastructure
Ensure all maintenance and breakdown response activities meet safety, regulatory, and APMT global standards
Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with Global Asset Maintenance requirements
Manage breakdowns and prioritize corrective actions using a structured and risk-based approach
Deliver against KPIs and budgets for facility maintenance and infrastructure projects
Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors, and outsourced service providers
Ensure accurate reporting of maintenance KPIs, performance metrics, and issue management systems
Drive continuous improvement of maintenance strategies, processes, and operational performance
Maintain asset integrity through effective inspection, predictive maintenance, and lifecycle planning
Plan and optimize resource allocation, work scheduling, and spare parts management
Develop team capability, ensuring the right skills, competencies, and succession planning are in place
Monitor maintenance costs and implement actions to control and optimize spend

Requirements
Hold a University Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in asset maintenance or facility management within an operational environment
Demonstrate strong leadership and ability to motivate and develop multi-disciplinary teams
Show solid understanding of maintenance planning, inspection methods, and infrastructure management principles
Bring strong planning, scheduling, and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to execution
Have experience working with maintenance systems, data tools, and reporting frameworks
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills in a service-oriented environment
Communicate effectively in English (written and verbal), with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Show high levels of discipline, quality awareness, and accountability in execution
Be comfortable working in a multicultural, diverse, and operationally complex environment.
