    Facility Manager

    Responsibilities
    Budgetary & Costing Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage budgets and costing, and identify opportunities for cost savings

    Operational Responsibilities:

    • Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members.
    • Ensure all workspaces/offices and restrooms are clean and ready to use.
    • Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and restrooms.
    • Coordinate routine maintenance on facilities (buildings, ACs and other mechanical and electrical works/repairs as needed).
    • Schedule routine inspections and emergency repairs in collaboration with relevant departments/vendors
    • Ensure proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security department
    • Maintain day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders.
    • Ensure all necessary clean materials are always available and are proper utilized
    • Create reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for line manager and other relevant staff
    • Collaborate with vendors and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs
    • Provide weekly and monthly report on facility management.
    • Collaborate with all departments ensure energy/water conservation.
    • Prepare facilities for changing weather conditions
    • Track critical assets not in operational, highlighting potential issues with maintenance schedules or equipment reliability.
    • Plan and execute office relocations/renovations
    • Ensure users satisfaction is at optimal level excellent customer service to
    • Responding to requests and resolving issues promptly
    • Ensure team members undertake training in line with individual personal development plans.
    • Ensure smooth relationship with all maintenance partners and other vendors so as to ensure seamless fleet service operation
    • Ensure effective supervision of team members is always maintained and particularly with new or inexperienced people.

    Health & Safety responsibilities:

    • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and security regulations and policies.
    • Ensure that adequate and effective risk assessments are undertaken and regularly reviewed in conjunction with HSE and the HR Department.
    • Responsible for the health, safety, and welfare of all staff under direct management.
