    Facility Manager

    Job Description

    • Undertaking building and grounds maintenance.
    • Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
    • Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
    • Inspecting and repairing electrical and plumbing services.
    • Managing janitorial duties and ensuring facilities are always clean.
    • Managing waste disposal systems.
    • Managing parking facilities and ensuring space.
    • Overseeing refurbishments and renovations.
    • Oversee security of buildings and grounds
    • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and assist with energy management
    • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meethealth and safety standards
    • Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, etc.) andexternal contractors

    Qualifications / Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Administration, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in facilities management.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
    • Project management skills.
    • Good organizational and leadership skills.
    • Multitasking ability.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.

    Salary

    • N80,000 monthly.
    • Accommodation Available.
