Facility Manager - Abraham Adesanya Ajah at Outsource Company

Salary is 400k net, HMO, Pension and Performance bonus are other benefit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital's facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and reliability of hospital equipment and infrastructure.
• Manage and supervise maintenance staff and external contractors.
• Coordinate with medical staff to address facility-related issues that may impact patient care.
• Monitor and control the facility budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any potential hazards or deficiencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and safety checks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
