Facility / Maintenance Engineer at FoliXx Hospitality

Job brief

• FoliXx Hospitality, Lekki, Lagos, is looking for motivated and experienced Facility/Maintenance Engineers to join its team.
• As Facility/Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are maintained safely and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance of production and electrical equipment
• Maintain the facility maintenance schedule
• Perform and supervise maintenance-related repairs
• Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure safe operation of the facility
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained
• Review daily work orders and provide reports
• Review all documentation to ensure proper data collection
• Lead, train and supervise maintenance workers
• Hands-on, Equipment Troubleshooting (generators, ACs, fridge &freezer, oven/electrical oven, water treatment plant, etc)

Requirements, qualifications, and skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Facility/Maintenance Engineer
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Proven working experience at a Management level in the Hospitality industry is an added advantage
• Ability to follow directions and procedures
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Project management skills
• Report writing ability.
