Facility/Logistics Manager at Dansol Christian Mission

Qualifications

• A first degree or HND in any engineering discipline.
• Professional Certifications are an added advantage.
• At least 3 years of cognate experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, relational, and emotional skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coordinate teams.

 Key Responsibilities:

The Facility/Logistics Manager will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and coordinating the cleaning/sanitation, maintenance/repairs, transportation, and security units of the schools.
• Ensuring safety and risk management.
• Managing space allocation and utilisation.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations, codes of conduct, and terms of usage of school facilities.
• Managing and ensuring the sustainability of resources.
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Handling vendor management and contract administration.

 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Success in this role will be measured by:
• Facility uptime and availability
• Maintenance backlog and response time
• Energy consumption and cost reduction
• Security and safety levels
• Capital project delivery and budget variance
