    Facility & Hospitality Manager

    Reports to: General Manager

    A client in the financial service industry is looking to hire an experienced Hospitality/Facility Manager.

    Role Purpose

    • The Facilities & Hospitality Manager is accountable for:
    • Hard Facilities Management – building systems, maintenance, energy, HSE compliance.
    • Soft Services & Guest Experience – reception, concierge, meeting-suite support, catering, housekeeping.
    • Asset Management & Projects – furniture, interactive boards, café/kitchen fit-out, space moves.
    • This role reports to senior leadership and works closely with IT, HR, and a lean service team (receptionists, cleaners, drivers, and outsourced vendors).

    Key Responsibilities

    Guest Experience

    • Efficient check-ins; well-prepared meeting rooms; high-quality in-house café; excellent satisfaction scores; flawless VIP visit coordination.

    Facilities Management

    • High uptime on key systems; preventive maintenance compliance; energy efficiency; safety and regulatory compliance.

    Asset & Inventory Control

    • Real-time tracking of all assets; minimal loss/damage; successful capex project delivery.

    Vendor & Budget Oversight

    • Effective contract negotiation and management; regular performance reviews; cost efficiency without service compromise.

    Event & Workplace Services

    • Manage meeting room systems and logistics for internal events; oversee fleet, communications, and courier services.

    Team & Culture

    • Recruit and train service staff; promote service excellence and professionalism; ensure high engagement and ongoing development.

    Requirements

    • 7+ years in Facilities or Hotel Operations in a Grade-A office, luxury hotel, or corporate head office.
    • Proven excellence in guest services.
    • Strong technical FM knowledge (power, HVAC, BMS, fire systems, IT cabling).
    • Experience with vendor management and FM budgets.
    • HSE/FM certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IFMA).
    • Fluent English; proficient in MS Teams, SharePoint, CMMS.
    • Availability for extended hours and urgent response.
