    Facilities Officer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Carry out errands within the school premises
    • Carry out maintenance duties around the schools as instructed.
    • Monitor contractors carrying out repairs/maintenance in the school.
    • Carry out daily and routine checks on all school facilities within the school premises
    • Ensure storage policies and procedures are followed
    • Dispense store items.
    • Record stock requisitions and usage
    • Retrieve all unused stock at the end of term
    • Carry out any other duties assigned

    Education and Work Experience

    • National Diploma in relevant discipline
    • One (3) years relevant experience
    • Skills and Competences
    • Good problem solving skills.
    • Excellent inter personal skills.
    • Good negotiating skills
    • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task
    • Ability to undertake minor repairs
    • Good computer skills
