Job Details

• Be responsible for all areas of maintenance in the school.
• Where repairs are needed these should be costed, carried out, with monitoring and then inspected.
• Man management skills are essential to keep the facilities staff on task and also supervise visitors who are in school to carry out necessary repairs.
• Procedures for all of the above are in place and must be strictly followed.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND with at least 5 years experience.
• Knowledge and ability to carry out usual everyday essential maintenance is also essential.
