Fabric Store Intern at DO.II Designs Limited

About the Role

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fabric Store Intern to join our operations team.
• The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day management of our fabric store—helping to maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and ensure that the right materials are available to meet production demands.
• This role is ideal for a young graduate with an Accounting or Business background who is passionate about organization, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and organizing fabric inventory, ensuring accurate labeling and proper storage.
• Monitor stock levels and support reordering to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Track fabric movement and usage throughout the production process.
• Support the receipt, inspection, and documentation of fabric deliveries.
• Assist in preparing fabric samples and providing materials to the production team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fabric storage area.
• Prepare basic inventory and usage reports using Excel or other tools.
• Participate in periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Support the team with administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic record-keeping tools.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of fabric types or manufacturing operations is an added advantage.
